At the beginning of each year, this congregation has a Fire Communion. This ritual gives people the opportunity to burn last year’s regrets to move into the new year with a little less emotional baggage. But Rev. Tom wants to amend this ritual, by adding a component that asks us to imagine a future without these regrets.
