This Easter at UU Miami, we explore resurrection as a kind of flight, the moment inward transformation begins to move through the world. Tracing the arc from the prophetic hopes born out of collapse and exile to the ministry of Jesus, we will reflect on how love became a revolutionary answer to violence, fear, and empire. Rather than calling people to conquer through force, Jesus invited them into a new way of living through compassion, justice, courage, and community. Easter becomes the story of a butterfly effect, where one life, one death, and one awakened community change the air around them. What happens when we take flight in our own lives, and let that love ripple through every circle we inhabit?.
