Lately Reverend Tom has been talking to members of the Peoples’ Justice Council, a group working on issues of Climate Justice particularly for those who are disproportionately impacted by the effects of climate change. One of the statements on their website caught Rev. Tom’s attention: “We believe that clean, affordable, renewable energy is a holy goal worthy of pursuit by people of all faiths.” Rev. Tom wonders what is our “holy goal” for Climate Justice and commitments do we have to Environmental Justice?
