In-Person YOGA with Luz (LIVE ON CAMPUS!)

Come for a Yoga Recharge with Luz, our in-house Yoga Instructor. Gentle, Hatha & Prana Yoga, plus brief Meditations. Luz has been a yoga instructor for 7 years. specializing also in yoga for children and families.

A note from Luz:

“Starting February, all my yoga classes at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation will start at 9:00 am.

I am going to open the Saturday class again. It will be offered at the UUMiami’s playground (it is a flat spot surrounded by trees, a lot of shade) which means class will be outside until April or May.

We will meet all the protocols for this class,  masks, social distancing ( 8 feet bc we have the space to do it ) no hands on adjustments, but we can all enjoy being outside with amazing and chilly weather in the morning. This on-locus Saturday class starts at 9:00 and will also be  available on Zoom.  

An email (yanethyoga@yahoo.com) will be appreciated to know who is going to take the class at the playground. I hope to see many of you.
