Growth is rarely comfortable. We all carry identities that once helped us survive and belong. Responsible one. Achiever. Caregiver. Peacemaker. Strong one. But there comes a moment when what once supported us begins to confine us.
This week we reflect on the courage it takes to loosen outdated stories about ourselves. What expectations feel too tight? What beliefs are ready to soften? What would it mean to release the pressure to be flawless? Transformation does not ask us to reject our past. It invites us to move beyond it.
