Every seed needs a hand. On Labor Day weekend, we open the series where all transformation begins, with human beings and the work they do. We will honor the labor that holds this city together: the hands that build, clean, teach, heal, harvest, and drive, including the hands that go unthanked. We will also honor rest, because a field left fallow is still doing holy work. Change on any scale starts with a person who decides to plant. This Sunday, that person is you.
