Ending food insecurity in the United States would cost about $25 billion a year, a fraction of what we spend on outdated weapons systems. A truly strong nation defends the dignity of its people before defending its borders. This Sunday we reflect on what it means to build a table where all belong, honoring those whose gifts of time, creativity, and service help others thrive. Members will share stories of generosity that make our community strong and inclusive.
