Dreaming Forward: A Pajama Sunday for a Weary World

A gentle, soul-tending space to honor the exhaustion of 2025, release what we can, and dream open the doorway to 2026.

On December 28th, we celebrate Pajama Sunday at UU Miami, a cozy, reflective virtual gathering where we show up exactly as we are, in the soft honesty of our pajamas. After a year as heavy and disorienting as 2025, we come together from our living rooms and kitchen tables to name what has been hard for our nation, our families, and our own tender psyche. In true UU Miami spirit, we hold space for truth-telling, collective healing, and the radical hope that emerges when community chooses vulnerability over pretense. Together we’ll release what we can, honor what shaped us, and lean into the possibility of 2026 as a year we intentionally craft with compassion for ourselves and one another. Pajama photos encouraged… because even rest can be a spiritual practice.
