Social Justice Committee Meeting – P.A.C.T. Listening Session with Jenneva Claus

All are welcome to join our Social Justice Committee meeting. Meeting takes place in the Emerson Room. Come share your voice and your ideas!

UUMiami, through our Social Justice Committee, has affiliated with PACT (People Acting in Community Together), the powerful network of faith-based organizations unified to effect serious community change. PACT actions come from listening to grassroots community voices. Come make your voice heard at our listening session and take the first step in creating change in your community!

UUMiami’s Social Justice Committee is also currently working on voter accessibility, voices for reproductive rights, the tragedy in Israel, Palestine and Gaza, and Climate Justice. The Social Justice Committee also spearheads our Share the Plate initiative supporting local nonprofits in Miami. By supporting local organizations, our hope is to uplift and educate our congregation while also taking action for all of Miami.
