This is part of our new Humanist series on Colonialism
The presentation will cover a brief history of partition of India in 1947, its human toll and its aftermath. I will try to focus on my family’s story and division of Punjab in particular.
You can expect to learn about the different forces and actors that participated in the partition story and the genesis of conflict between India and Pakistan.
