War in Ukraine: Humanist Discussion with David Mandel (Zoom)
A critical analysis of the way NATO spokespersons and the major Western media have presented the war in Ukraine, with a view to developing an enlightened, humanist position on the conflict by Dr. David Mandel.
Mandel is a professor of Political Science who specializes in Soviet and Post-Soviet politics and society. He holds a PhD from Columbia University and is the author of books and articles, with an emphasis on workers, their conditions and struggles. A union activist in his native Canada, he has been involved for many years in trade-union education in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
