Special Yoga And Sound Healing Session

On Wednesday September 27th we are offering a Special Yoga Session with a 25 minute sound healing.

Special guest yogi Fabiola will guide you in Savasana through a variety of sacred sounds using 15-20 instruments. These vibrations help people quiet down their minds and sometimes enter into a deep state of awareness where their brain can experience different brain waves. It’s a unique experience that you need to have at least once in your life.

Both sessions will take place in the UUMiami’s Sanctuary and the cost per session is $20 per/class/person,
