YOGA with Luz
Come for a Yoga Recharge with Luz, our in-house Yoga Instructor. Gentle, Hatha & Prana Yoga, plus brief Meditations. Luz has been a yoga instructor for 13 years. specializing also in yoga for children and families.
The class is be offered at the UU Miami’s Sanctuary.
We meet all the CDC protocols for this class, masks, social distancing ( 8 feet bc we have the space to do it ) no hands on adjustments. This on-locus class starts at 9:30 and will also be available on Zoom*.
