YOGA with Luz
Come for a Yoga Recharge with Luz, our in-house Yoga Instructor. Gentle, Hatha & Prana Yoga, plus brief Meditations. Luz has been a yoga instructor for 7 years. specializing also in yoga for children and families.
The class will be offered at the UUMiami’s Sanctuary.
We will meet all the CDC protocols for this class, masks, social distancing ( 8 feet bc we have the space to do it ) no hands on adjustments. This on-locus class starts at 9:30 and will also be available on Zoom.

Mondays/ Wednesdays/ Saturdays: Drop- in $15; more than 2 classes paid in advance $12 each
