Luigi Ferrer is a nationally recognized HIV/AIDS activist, healthcare & non-profit consultant and concerned environmentalist. Luigi is a certified HIV Test Counselor and sex educator. He currently serves as Health Education Supervisor and Sexual Minority Health Coordinator at the Florida Department of Health.
